         All prices are shown are to rent the villa for a 7 day week - Saturday to Saturday
For Christmas, New Year and Easter please enquire as to the rates applicable.

To make staying in Casa Margherita as affordable as possible we have created rates for parties as small as 2 persons - if it is found that this trust has been abused ALL guests will be asked to leave the property immediately without compensation nor refund.

Long term lets may be negotiated subject to availability.

 
The Legal Bit
Terms and Conditions

These booking terms form part of your contract with Casa Margherita , please take the time to read them and if they are not clear please contact us immediately.

Change over day is Saturday and you are required to vacate the premises by 10.00am to allow us time to prepare the property for our next guests. Arrival time is not before 3.00pm. Please give an estimated time of arrival when making final payment to allow us to make arrangements for you to be welcomed to our house.

Once we have confirmed availability a non refundable deposit of 40% of the total rental cost is required to secure your reservation or if less than 8 weeks in advance payment in full. Any balance outstanding plus a refundable security deposit of £150 must be paid 8 weeks before arrival date failure to conform to this will leave us to believe that this is a cancellation and we reserve the right to re-advertise the property.

The security deposit will be returned 7 days after you vacate the premises less any charges for breakages, losses or damage to the property or additional cleaning charges if the kitchen or bathrooms are left in an unreasonable condition.

Confirmation of the booking and payment of the deposit constitutes acceptances of these terms and conditions.

We strongly recommend that you take out full holiday insurance with a reputable company to cover medical problems, loss injury or damage to yourself and your belongings, travel delay and cancellation should also be covered . We accept no liability whatsoever for any of these events. Do not forget your E111.

When you arrive at the house you will find complimentary local wine and of course, a good supply of the essentials such as toilet paper, washing up liquid and soap.

Finally, to re-iterate, if at any time we find more people staying at the house than has been booked and paid for we reserve the right to cancel the booking forthwith and will expect all the guests to leave immediately, we hope you understand.
